This appears to have become an annual blog. Not that I’m complaining; it’s really exciting to have the opportunity to contribute to the 11th Annual Surfrider Foundation Art Gala. I’m truly honored to have an easel amongst some of the world’s most talented artists and activists. It shall be a glorious evening of art, music, local food and craft beer. All in the name of protecting one of our most valuable assets, water!

Here’s the painting that I donated this year:
“Nature’s Original Technology” 8″ x 4′ reclaimed 1/3 of a flooring sample, acrylic, oil, post consumed paper and finished with Osmo Polix-Oil low VOC clear coat (if I was a better blogger, this picture would be so much BIGGER! You should just go see it in person)
